This resource is designed to help you get organised, informed and excited about taking leave from work to have a baby! We want to begin by saying congratulations! Having a baby is such an exciting life milestone. We hope this handbook helps you get organised, excited and prepared (without the stress).

Between us we have taken three maternity leaves and are about to take on a fourth. We have tried to include everything you might wonder about when taking a parental/maternity leave.

We have tried to include a balance of useful information for getting your leave organised, tips for working when pregnant, checklists to use along the way as well as some fun stuff to celebrate your pregnancy.
