However, we understand that exceptional circumstances can arise. We offer refunds or exchanges in the following situations:

Accidental Duplicate Purchases
If you accidentally purchase the same product twice, we’re happy to issue a refund for one of the purchases. -
Technical Issues
If you're unable to access or download your product due to technical difficulties, we’ll do everything we can to assist you. If we’re unable to resolve the issue, we’ll provide a full refund.
To request a refund, please get in touch with us within 7 days of your purchase at admin@rainbowskycreations.com with your order number and details about the issue.
Please note: We do not offer refunds for:
- Change of mind.
- Failure to read the product description or compatibility requirements.
- Items that have already been downloaded successfully.
