I felt like it needed more directions. Ex. if you are playing 2 player and doing 4 in a row, what do you do after 2 plays and no one can win. Or if you land on same place, what do you do. We came up with our own, but I'd like more guidance in the game.
Thank you for your feedback! We intentionally designed the Flip It games so they can be played in a few different ways, depending on what works best for your students. For example, students might race to cover all the answers, cover an answer four times, or play four in a row.
When playing with two players, counters can be placed on top of each other if both players land on the same answer, so one player’s counter doesn’t cancel out the other’s, allowing you to complete 4 in a row.
We also love that you came up with your own way to play; that flexibility is exactly what we hoped teachers could do with these games! We really appreciate your feedback and will keep it in mind when we update the instructions next. 🌈
