Editable Learning Intention Posters | WALT WILF TIB

These posters are a pretty and practical way to display your learning intentions and objectives in your classroom. There are various options to use to suit your classroom and teaching style.

A learning intention (also known as a learning objective, goal or WALT) is a statement written by the teacher that clearly describes to the students what they will know, understand and/or be able to do as a result of the lesson they are involved in.

Furthermore Success Criteria (also known as Steps to Success, WALF, WILF or I can statements) explicitly state how students can meet the learning intention in smaller achievable steps.

This resource includes a range of different posters in order to implement learning intentions as a part of your lessons. We have included various acronyms and language to suit how different teachers use learning intentions in their classrooms.

You can add text to the full page editable posters by adding a text box and placing it where you wish to type. Alternatively, you can laminate the posters and write on them using a whiteboard / dry erase marker and use over and over again!
