Division Flip it Games | Division Facts ÷2 To ÷12

These fun and engaging maths games will help your students become fluent when dividing numbers (and require minimal prep from you!). Designed to provide your students with a hands-on activity to assist in building division fact recall, they are perfect for centers, fast finishers, or to engage the most reluctant mathematicians.

These games can be used for:

• Whole class lessons
• Math centers or numeracy rotations
• Intervention activities in small groups to support or to extend students
• Home learning

Differentiation:

Ask students to work on different division facts according to their ability.

Encourage more capable students to time themselves and try to beat their personal best. Although the game is set up to be a two-player game,students can play independently to practice their division fact fluency.

If students still need to work with concrete materials, provide them with counters. Alternatively, give them skip counting strips (included) to practice counting by the divisible number.
