This ANZAC Day resource is a set of paper and digital learning activities that can be used as a sequenced series of lessons or as individual tasks. Most importantly, it has been created to teach students about the importance of ANZAC Day in our country.
This ANZAC Day resource includes literacy and numeracy based tasks that could be used during group work or as whole class activities in Grade 3 or Grade 4 classrooms.
It also includes poppies that can be worn to a school ANZAC ceremony, reflection activities and pieces of work that can be used as ANZAC Day classroom displays.
A digital file is included to use for whole class lessons or for students to complete activities on individual devices.

Great resource that my students found very engaging.
Super cute resource and very engaging for ANZAC day.
Provided an opportunity to for my students to meaningfully engage in ANZAC day and understand what it means. the links to quality texts was amazing and kept students engaged.
After discussion about ANZAC day, war and how grateful and lucky we are to live in a country free from conflict and at peace, students enjoyed thinking reflecting and writing beautiful sentiments about the things they are grateful.
Great activity to do with students to commemorate such a significant event in our Australian history.
