All About Me Cameras | Back To School Display | Writing Activity

The perfect getting to know you activity to start the school year. These interactive cameras are different to the average ‘All about Me’ worksheets and your students are guaranteed to love doing something different during the first week of school.

These cameras are easy to fill out (they can be completed independently in a in a single lesson) and will look great on your classroom walls.

How this resource works:

Give each student a camera and a film strip. We have included some different film strip options. Choose the variation that suits your class best OR allow your students to choose the template they want to use (this will make the finished products a little more individual, just like the students in your classroom).

Students fill out their film strip with facts about themselves. Then they cut out the film strip as well as the camera and inside the lens.

Finally, students slip their film strip into the camera lens and pull it through to reveal different facts about themselves!

Finished products are a great tool for speaking and listening games, to use as an icebreaker game and/or to display in your classroom (we have included some display letters to make this easy for you).
