How do I opt-in and start earning Rainbow Coins?
You can opt-in via this link. Once you’ve joined, you’ll earn points with every purchase and also receive additional points for every review.
When do I get my Rainbow Coins?
After your purchase is completed or your review is submitted. Rainbow coins will automatically appear in your account and should be visible shortly after you’ve completed the purchase or submitted your review.
Where do I see my Rainbow Coins?
Inside your account. Please make sure you are signed in - your Rainbow stash is always there. We will also send you updates about your points balance from time to time and after each purchase, so make sure you are subscribed to our newsletter.
How do I redeem my Rainbow Coins?
Look for the Rainbow Coins tab (bubble) on our website. Click and sign in to view your customer Rainbow Coins balance. Select the ‘Reward’ section and click ‘Redeem’ to exchange your Rainbow Coins for a credit in store. This will be facilitated by a discount coupon, which you’ll use in the cart at checkout.
What happens if I return an order that I purchased using Rainbow Coins?
If Rainbow Coins (a corresponding value in a discount coupon) have been used as full payment for an order, any refunds will be issued back to your account as the value of the Rainbow Coins. If Rainbow Coins have been used as a partial payment for an order, the refund will be issued partly as Rainbow Coins value and partly in the original payment method.
I accidentally created 2 profiles. Can I combine them?
If you think you may have more than one active customer account, please contact admin@rainbowskycreations.com so we can investigate this for you.
However, please note that Rainbow Coins may not be combined with another account or transferred to another person.
Do my Rainbow Coins expire?
No, Rainbow Coins don’t have an expiration date. However, you need an active account to be able to check and redeem your Rainbow Coins.
