Dividing by Two Cookie Share

A halving game for dividing by 2, from 2 ÷ 2 to 24 ÷ 2. Play as a class in 2, 3 or 4 teams: one player comes up for each question and taps Tap when you're ready to start their clock. Every right answer puts a cookie in the team's jar, and the first jar to fill wins (everyone gets the same number of turns). After each answer the cookies are shared one at a time onto two plates, with the matching double shown (12 ÷ 2 = 6 because 6 + 6 = 12). Playing alone?
